|Recommended: YesAffordable cute living — I like living at the Capri. I broke my foot while living here and it’s been very complicated going up and down the stairs. I wish they had other options aside from stairs, but that’s my only complaint. Other than that I really enjoy living here The places are cute and spacious

|Recommended: YesGood — I would tell someone living here about the layout first since there is no front door . I would also let them know that if there are people living above you that you can hear them pretty clearly. However, I would let them know that Capri has great locations for students looking for housing close to campus. It is also really nice how you can sublease over the summer if necessary.
Thank you for your kind review. I am assuming by no front door, you mean there is not a common area front door, but rather a private front door entrance to each bedroom to allow for more privacy for you want to come and go from your quad.
I agree that noise from your neighbors is sometimes difficult in community living. I've experienced that too in living in an apartment. We will do our best to assist you with any issue you may have with your living experience here at Capri.

|Recommended: YesNothing to brag about, but good place to live. — I'm a little picky when it comes to apartments. I've worked as building maintenance and now as an engineer for years. So don't take what I say to harsh. The building is far sound proof. Vinyl floors look great and easy clean up, but transfer sounds like none other. Parking is available, but expensive and no security or anything. Homeless sleep in there and break into vehicles. Not sure what we're paying an extra 600 year to park for. You're safer parking on the street, if you can find a stop. The building itself is in need of a large remodel, but a nice place for the price. However, the staff are fantastic. They're attentive and helpful. Very responsive when I was busy preparing to move to Eugene. Overall, I'd recommend the place to a student for their first apartment. Older transfer students University employees like myself might prefer one of the other buildings near UO.

|Recommended: YesGood — For the price, Capri is a good choice. The room is specious and furnished, staff is very helpful and friendly, so in case any problems you have their back. I lived in Campus Court that is surrounded by fraternities and sororities, so noise was an issue, but if you want to have college life experience- go for it. The only, but big minus- my room was dark day and night.

There are so many different locations in that building that do have a lot of light, so I wasn't aware that your room did not. I will keep that in mind for placing people who are not morning people They will probably enjoy a little more morning darkness. I sure hope things go well for your in the future.
