|Recommended: YesFirst day but it seems pretty nice so far. — It is relatively cheap and the room is quite large. If you get a lease for the campus quads you also get a bathroom, which is decent Good value for the room you get.

|Recommended: YesIt is really nice, affortable, and everything provided that is needed. — I like it because it is affordable with a lot of stuff provided. I do not have to buy furniture and it is really close to campus.
|Recommended: YesPretty good apartment — I loved living here, my apartment had a wonderful layout and was perfect. Noise from neighbors wasn't loud at all however the bar next door was SO loud. I was also a little irritated that they replaced the kitchen table and left us without a table for a weekend. I was doing classes online and it was a huge inconvenience to have to eat at my already cluttered desk. Besides that, the staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance comes really quickly and I enjoyed living here.

|Recommended: YesNice But some facilities need to be fixed and make an improvement. — The people who lived here is kind and easygoing but the parking and sometimes will be noising outside.

|Recommended: YesGreat Student Housing — Great place to live, great proximity to restaurants, U of O campus, and neighbors are very quiet.
|Recommended: YesGreat value deal — For the prices they offer, Capri apartments are great for anyone who is looking to live at a place at a cost of around 700 or less depends on the number of people you live with . Close to campus, friendly management, quick maintenance, and friendly neighbors the only downsides are that parking is tight and limited, no bike parking, and its possible to hear through walls if there is loud talking.

|Recommended: YesHelpful staff, and comfortable living — Overall I have little to no complaints about living in Capri apartments. My apartment was well kept prior to moving in, and was cleaned before hand. The only real complaint I have is that it can get very noisy very easily around the Canterbury Court complex. If any kind of grounds keeping or maintenance work is being done around my unit it will be extremely noticeable and loud, and as for neighbors I have yet to hear any next door neighbors but I will sometimes here those that live above me. Other than that its a very comfortable living situation for a studio unit. The kitchen can feel small at times with very little storage options for pots pans etc , but I found it very easy to cook and clean as long as I am living alone. Overall its very comfortable.
Thank you for your review Seth. You are in one of the studios that has a slightly smaller kitchen area although our studios all have the same layout. Some residents use the large closet area of the living room to store kitchen items in, as you can easily store a shelving unit there. We love getting ideas from our residents and their experiences. There has been pressure washing going on at Cantebury this week, and that is very loud. Our apologies. We are preparing for summer and are hoping to get everything looking even better so you and others can enjoy the courtyard.

|Recommended: YesNice space, lots of storage — I would tell them about the arrangement because it is nicely laid out to where the position of the kitchen and the living room make sense. The bedroom is spacious with a nice, conservative bathroom.

|Recommended: YesAdaptable to you, not very homey, reasonable for students — The property works for student housing. The amount of time you spend with your roommates is completely up to you because of limited amount of space in the common area and because you all enter in doors to your own room. The place is kept to a very modern city feel. There is someone who works on the building or garden everyday, so the place is well kept but expect a leaf blower or pressure washer at least 3 days out of the week. The staff is great, some how they remember who your are as soon as you step through the door. They always ask how your day is going and make your feel welcomed. Going to pay your rent in person feels like a fun social event, but without the feeling of guilt if you leave too early. I would say I am very satisfied with Capri Eugene housing.
My experience was not great because my roommates never cleaned anything and if I wanted the whole kitchen to not be sticky and covered in my roommates spilt messes I would have to clean it. I tried chore charts, I tried asking nicely, I tried fun social time, but they never cleaned. I even did their dishes. I realized much later that Capri would help you in those situations

|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for — It's very much so a small, college apartment. It is one of the cheapest living arrangements near campus and if you're living with friends, the size of the place is not a problem. I love being a Model Unit and the people in the office are very kind and helpful. Overall, it is a good apartment, I do wish parking for guests for free was available for when I have people over because it is nearly impossible to find parking, let alone at no cost. In conclusion, I would totally recommend Capri to a friend
