|Recommended: YesOne of the cheapest and closest apartments in Eugene for College Students — In truth, I actually enjoyed living at Capri and the apartment. Not only does it have a great amount of space for someone looking for a first time apartment, but it is so close to the University of Oregon campus. The only complaint I would have is regarding the small living space area and the unannounced visits from the Capri office people. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Capri and would recommend it to anyone looking for a first apartment.

|Recommended: YesI love it — Aside from how much noise I can hear from my neighbors or outside, I have enjoyed living here for the last two years. It's a convenient location, affordable, and the staff is very friendly helpful.

|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here and glad I can call this my first apartment — The staff is one of the most incredible staff that I have ever met and are constantly trying to help and be as understanding as possible. They are constantly on top of everything and make me feel valued as a resident. Although the shared living area in my current style could be a little larger, the room size definitely makes up for that. The location and pricing are so ideal that I talk up Capri as much as possible and even talked a few people into signing. I only wish that my parking spot was actually in my building just because it would be a lot more convenient but other than that I really enjoy living here

|Recommended: YesCheap and Pretty Nice Apartments with Great Staff — It's really cheap and pretty nice for the price. The rooms are relatively big and all the floors are renovated so it's pretty clean. The staff is really nice.

|Recommended: YesClean, friendly staff, modern, can be noisy — The Canterbury complex one of the places with Studio Apartments is close to fraternities and sororities on campus so it can get noisy at night Thursday-Saturday. The management team is really friendly and tends to get the job done quickly when a problem occurs. Everything in the apartment is modern looking and the grounds look well kept. I only have two complaints regarding maintenance. Firstly, the tiles and the bathtub in the bathroom are outdated and are hard to clean. The shower knob tends to get loose since it is also old. Also someone who owns a dog does not clean up after their pet on the artificial turf. Other than that, I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a nice, affordable apartment close to campus.
Thank you for your review. I will speak with our maintenance team to see if possibly regrouting your tiles may change the situation for you. We can also find out why your shower knob is loose. It may just be a loose screw. We will be putting up security cameras there soon and will be able to identify any pets that are not being cleaned up after. We would like for your experience here to be the best possible.

|Recommended: YesGood transitional apartment — Overall I'm pretty content with my stay so far at Capri Eugene. Two of my roommate options fell through right before the school year, so I decided to give Campus Quads a shot, and my application was approved the same day The employees were very nice throughout every experience. I'm very shy, so I appreciate the privacy of living in a quad. I also appreciate that internet and utilities are included in the rent. Overall, it's been a great transitional place to live. If you're from out of town or don't know anyone you can move in with, it's a great place to be in the meantime. I plan to move elsewhere next year, but not for any lack of quality, but just because I want more freedom and space. The only real complaints I would have would be how thin the walls are, but this only matters if you have really obnoxious neighbors. It's not too bad. Also, the front gate only works well about 50 of the time, which is kind of sketchy when I come home late and alone in the dark. There's a lot of crime in the area, but that's not the fault of the property owner, just something to be aware of. They're also fairly pet friendly, which was a rare find and a huge plus Overall, it's not a place you can live in forever, but it's a decent place to live in the meantime.
