|Recommended: YesGood first apartment — There are some holes in the walls and some noticeable mistakes, but other than that I think my room is very cozy. I very much like how well the roommate match is and I like that I can easily access my car.
|Recommended: YesSmaller and not as clean as I expected — There is a good amount of room in each apartment unit if you move furniture into good spots The full bathroom is tiny. There's a lot of closet space provided big dresser, closet, drawers, shelf . The living room and dining area are a good size, and the balcony is nice just collects a lot of dust and spider webs .

|Recommended: YesThis is a great apartment — I haven’t lived here long, but I love it so far. I live in a 4x2, and the amount of room that we have is fantastic. To be honest, the tv in the common area kitchen can be a bit bothersome and kind of in the way, but it’s still lovely to have. Overall great apartment at an affordable price.

|Recommended: YesJust what I expected — I would say the first impression was pretty nice. My room was spacious and everything in the room works just fine. The common area was fine, except the shared bathroom which needs so new paint.
|Recommended: YesIt reminds me of dorms — It seems a lot like college dorms. It is in good condition but there is paint missing in places, shower drain is a little grungy, and some drawers don't pull out properly. Not a terrible place, but definitely overpriced.
