|Recommended: YesGreat, friendly community close to campus — It's so close to campus It is really nice that the rent and utilities are packaged together, so you pay the same amount each month. It is also a great place to live if you dont have any roomates going in and need random ones. You can see them as frequent, or infrequent as you want. The staff is friendly, maintenance is easy to deal with and are usually pretty speedy. Overall its a nice place to live.
response from property -Thank you Tyson for the Awesome feedback! :)
|Recommended: YesDecent for Proximity and Price — Though better options are available for price and overall quality. If you need to live close to campus and to not have the struggle of furnishings, utility payments, or payments for cable internet then Capri is a good option. The maintenance staff is very kind, though at times the main office staff can be unhelpful and cause undue stress when issues occur. Highest recommendation I can give against their few negative points is to have a big bright standing lamp as the ceiling light has terrible lighting and if the bulb goes out after Capri's office hours then you are screwed until morning since the lights are not easily changed and the light bulbs are not the standard 60 watt. Payment is not at all bad and living conditions are decent for anyone who has moved off campus for the first year. Highly recommend over the dorms as it is cheaper and higher quality than the standard dorm rooms that are offered by the UO. If you choose to live in Campus quads though be warned that the sorority is LOUD and you will hear them every time they through a party if you are on the side closest to them.
Hi Taylor, Thank you for you feedback about the lamp as the ceiling light. We will take that into the consideration for the future improvement.

|Recommended: Yes2 years at Campus Court — I would definitely refer a friend to Capri. I have lived here for two years, worked with the staff, and enjoyed it all. Noise levels can get loud, but it's nice being so close to campus. Staff is friendly and maintenance was helpful with everything

|Recommended: YesVery Satisfied — I moved out of an unpleasant room mate situation in the middle of the term. I went into the office very last minute, and the friendly staff found me a reasonably priced room to move into on about an hour notice. They had the room ready for me later that day. A maintenance request for our clogged sink for responded to very promptly. Zero complaints thus far, would recommend Campus Court and Capri in general.
Hi Justin, Thank you for the GREAT review! We are happy to hear that you are happy living with us.
|Recommended: YesI've enjoyed my time. — The apartments are small and the kitchen I think is too small for four people. I do enjoy the updated fixtures and being so close to campus.

|Recommended: NoI Enjoy This Place — This being my first apartment, I dont have much to compare it to, but I really enjoy living at Woodside and the staff are super friendly, and incredibly helpful

|Recommended: YesGood choice for a new ducky. — I won't say this apartment is the best. Obviously it has several problems like noise proof or existence of ants. You may think it is horrible, but I think this apartment is not bad choice for a new in U of O. Despite of these problems, I live here for several reasons. First, the location is so sweat. I can walk to almost every classroom in 10 minutes. Also, I don't need a car to go grocery shopping, because it takes 30 minutes to get to Safeway. Second, maintenance system is relatively good. I don't think the equipment in kitchen or bathroom is the best quality, but it is still useful and working. Sometimes I call for fixing the kitchen stuff like disposal. Almost every time I request to fix the broken part, the kind maintenance guy come to my place at least in 2 or 3 days. Lastly, I think the rent is reasonable. If you can pay more than 600 for a month only for rent, you can have a lot of options than Capri. But if you not, I think Capri apartment is pretty reasonable and rational choice. At least, in my case, I don't expect super luxurious place with 500.
Hi Sangyub,
Thank you for the feedback. For the ants issue, please make sure you have plastic containers seal all your food to prevent this happening in the future. We want to do our best to make your living experience pleasant at Capri.
Sincerely,
Capri Staff

|Recommended: YesSpacious for an Awesome Price — Canterbury Court consists of some amazing studio apartments with all of the necessary amenities. You never hear neighbors through the walls and the location in relation to campus is prime I'm incredibly happy with my decision to go with Capri as they have been amazing to deal with, I would definitely recommend this location.

|Recommended: YesGreat environment, great location — Capri Canterbury Court is right next to campus, creating an excellent community of students. The floor plans are cozy and comfortable, with an excellent, knowledgable staff and wonderful maintenance staff. Parking is not ideal, but having a spot so close to campus is certainly a blessing. Aside from the usual street noise of a campus district, Canterbury is a quiet community conducive to all aspects of student life
