|Recommended: YesSimple and straightforward living — The rent is at a reasonable price for living so close to campus and including all utilities. I like how my room has enough essentials for a college student. Although it's minimal, it's cozy to live in.

|Recommended: YesOverall average apartment for what you paid for — I d definitely say one of the biggest cons of campus court are that the walls are too thin and the floor material makes it squeak every step you take. I live on the first floor and so I can easily tell when the person upstairs is moving and even what his schedule is after a while. I can also hear the TV in the management office which lives beside me all the time, sometimes even at 3am. All of that combined with the noises outside just makes sleeping very difficult, and as college students we need our sleep! When I first moved in, the room was very dusty and even had a roll of leftover toilet paper on the toilet, the cleaning before move-in could use a lot of improvement. The internet used to be a major problem, but now that it s fixed it s pretty reliable.
The in-room sink and toilet is by far the major pro of living here. It s also really close to Lillis which is where I have most of my classes so the location is prime.
If you re someone who can sleep through anything, then the noise may not be a huge issue for you. I think it s worth living here for a year and see if you like it or not, maybe living on the 3rd level will be quieter. I haven t had a lot of contact with the staff or management, but they seem pretty nice and professional.

|Recommended: YesA good college apartment — I enjoy living in Capri, the living space is a little small and the kitchen is very small for four people to share. There is not enough room in the cabinets or on the countertop. In addition, the walls in a unit are very thin, I can hear my roommates, in the common room, in my room as if they are in the room with me. However, the personal rooms are a great size with lots of room for personal stuff and having a single toilet and sink is awesome.
