|Recommended: YesVery cheap, functional living with free internet — Its a nice place, a few problems but the low cost and built in power and the like more than make up for any and all downsides. The free wifi is a godsend.

|Recommended: YesThe property is in good shape, location to school and Eugene is excellent — There are nicer buildings around but for the price, this apartment is pretty good. The leasing company is responsive and they did paint and repair things. The location can't be beat as its two blocks from campus and two blocks from 13th street.

|Recommended: YesNoisy and hot but plenty of space and very close to campus. — The rooms are plenty spacious and the kitchen has nice fixtures appliances, not to mention how close it is to campus. But, it get very noisy in the ally and too hot to leave the window to the ally closed for very long.

|Recommended: YesGood for students at U of O — It's a good place to live if you go to U of O but I wouldn't recommend it if you're not a college student because it is a little noisy at times.

|Recommended: YesClean, quiet, safe, well-appointed — Glad I found this place I had to move into a studio on short notice and Capri Apartments had one available. I was assuming an existing lease, so at first I signed a contract for the six months remaining on it. After seeing the unit, I immediately went back to the office and extended my lease for an additional year Two months later and I am still very happy living here. Check them out if you're looking for a spot
The management personnel are very courteous and responsive, and my one minor maintenance request was handled very quickly. You will need to rent a parking space if you have a vehicle on site, but you then have your own spot reserved a block off campus, which is great.

|Recommended: YesClose to campus, and great staff — While I lived at Capri Apartments I loved the proximity to my classes. It made it easier to walk across the street from Campus Court and go to the library. It also was convenient to come home late at night, I wasn't worried about a long walk or bike ride home. The maintenance staff is amazing and the office staff is wonderful too. Its worth checking out, especially if they have specials going on

|Recommended: YesI really enjoy the property. — Its a smaller apartment but you get your own bathroom and a shared balcony. Overall comfy space and privacy is great. I have to mention the parking you get cheaper then city parking in a private garage.

|Recommended: YesAffordable, Fast Maintenance, Good For a College Student — It will not be very big, but at least you get your own toilet, shower, and a private small room. You don't have to worry about people being able to walk in your room as the entrance is designed like a house from the outside . It is also super near to campus so don't worry about not having a car. Overall, would recommend it for a college student.

|Recommended: YesReally secure and a great community. — I like the community, the ease of communicating with staff, and their friendliness. As an international student, staff was always really helpful in answering questions I had, no matter how silly I thought they may be. My room is situated right across from a fraternity house so it is super loud, but I do keep late hours so it's manageable for me personally.
