|Recommended: YesNice, small room to start off college living in a small community of 4. Cozy, comfortable, and close to campus — It is nice being close to campus and while I don't interact with neighbors I liked having my own space to live in. If you are looking for a good apartment look with Capri and if you want a small keep to your area kind of place my apartment size may be perfect.
response from property -Thank you so much for review. It means a lot to us when you are happy!
|Recommended: YesGreat place, professional staff and close to campus — I highly recommend living at Capri Eugene Woodside Manor
Thanks so much! You will be missed!
|Recommended: YesGood for the money — It's good if you're not a super social person, as you're not forced to interact with roommates all of the time thanks to the setup. It's a great deal for the price, especially with everything included. Good transition apartment.
|Recommended: YesI love living in the Capri Apartments. — I would tell them that these are great apartments that are run by great people. The rooms are very nice, the building as a whole is very nice. My only problem is that the floor above me creaks, and the person who lives there walks around and drums at an ungodly hour and it keeps me up at night. But the location is great, and the furniture in the rooms are great.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartments, cheap rent, quiet and close to campus — I really like living here, it's close to campus, the bus, downtown Eugene, and there are tons of parking spaces. The rooms are a nice size and come with sturdy, stylish furniture that can be easily rearranged however you'd like. Rent is a great deal for what you get, with internet, rent, water, electric, etc. all included in one price. I play a lot of video games and have never had a problem with the wireless connection while playing. Every now and then I can hear my roommates if they are being really noisy, but overall this place is very quiet and it makes studying relaxing in my apartment easy. These are great apartments and I'd definitely recommend them.
Thank you so much for your review, so glad to hear you're enjoying your living space.
|Recommended: YesWorth Your Money — If you want a good place near campus, with a decent rent rate, this is it. the rent rate is pretty good for the distance to campus 5-15mins . the staff at the office is super helpful and professional. The walls are pretty think but the residences obey the silent hours pretty well. if they don't you can write up a complaint. Maintainance calls are also super efficient an helpful.
Thank you for your kind review!
|Recommended: YesFirst College Apartment — The rooms are spacious, the rent is fair, and for a first apartment as a college student it is more than adequate because it is close to campus and the office staff are helpful.
Thank you so much for your review, so glad to hear you're enjoying your living space.
|Recommended: YesConvenient — Close to campus. Lots of food nearby, but you'll need transportation to go shopping. The staff is nice, and there are events to go to too.
Thanks for your review. That is really sweet of you and we do appreciate your comments.

|Recommended: YesI think many things can be improved upon but it's manageable. — I would tell them that my living space is older and has a interesting setup but is good for people that like their alone time and like to keep to themselves.
|Recommended: YesProperty with independent bathroom — A place near campus. Convenient but a bit noisy.

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff, Great Price — Maintenance is required, but Capri is quick to fix any problems. For what you pay for, you can't beat this system. I was very happy here. I would suggest a deep clean but once that's accomplished, it's very comfortable. The staff is the best of any complex I've ever lived in super willing to go out of their way to help you. I walked to campus everyday, so if you don't need a car, perfect If you do have one, however, it can be a real hassle since there are not many parking spots available, you have to pay to secure one, and the parking is very narrow and cramped. I would not recommend living here with a vehicle. If you park on the street, the nearest parking without a time limit or meter is over 10 blocks away, so it's not convenient at all. The walls can be thin, and you can definitely hear your roommates, but the complex and streets are very quiet during evening hours, so it's not a big deal unless you have terrible neighbors. Overall, I would live here again. It's a great situation for one person.
Thanks for your honesty Brenna. I wish you the best!
|Recommended: YesA very positive experience — Kind, polite office workers who were very understanding to a new tenant. The building was a little old and rough around the edges, but having same-day maintenance responses were very much appreciated I really do genuinely recommend this for incoming students.
