|Recommended: YesGreat Studio — I love my Canterberry Studio, it's very spacious and doesn't feel like a typical studio as it offers a little extra privacy with the sliding door to the bedroom. The courtyard is adorable with plants and turf, a few tables to sit at as well. I also love the closet area, I created a vanity with the space to do my makeup.

|Recommended: YesGreat Student living — I have lived in 3 different apartments at Capri and loved all of them. They have options for whatever your needs will be. I love the campus area of Eugene and this is the perfect location. The staff is very nice and helpful with all my needs. Perfect first apartment for students

|Recommended: YesA Nice Spacious Apartment with plenty of opporunities — Its a nice apartment with the ability to either be totally independent, or you can be social with roommates and feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of opportunity for storage and organization

|Recommended: YesGreat Starter Apartment — This place is great to move into for your first apartment and do things on your own. The electric stove really sucks and the fire alarm is a bit overactive, plus the closet in our delux room is in the middle of the wall and covering outlets so we can't use them. Also the beds are higher than you think they are, just trust me on that. Overall it's still a really great place to live and the people here are incredibly helpful and nice, the cost is totally what you pay for so I can't complain.
